The State of Ohio Attorney General's Office is currently ordering many fire department online raffles to shut down. This is being done because the raffles don't meet the definition of raffle as described in the Ohio Revised Code, which essentially is that they must be done with "paper tickets". There are efforts underway to determine how we can become compliant with the rule or how we can get the rule changed.
