In the event the raffle sales slow down considerably or stop, Wintersville Fire & Rescue reserves the right to sell mini tip raffles for tickets to finish the main raffle at our discretion.

Members and employees of Wintersville Fire & Rescue and their immediate family members are not eligible for this raffle.

All proceeds from this raffle will benefit the Jefferson County Humane Society.
