In the event the raffle sales slow down considerably or stop, Wintersville Fire & Rescue reserves the right to sell mini tip raffles to finish the main raffle at our discretion or to stop the drawing and refund all purchases. Drawing will be from 1500 numbered chips and will be broadcast live on Facebook and YouTube. Members and employees of Wintersville Fire & Rescue and their immediate family members are not eligible for this raffle.
